To join COTAPSA, please fill in the form and click Submit Information. By submitting this application, you authorize $12 to be deducted from your payroll bi-weekly.

Once we receive and process your application, we will contact you to confirm your membership.

Please note: if you require COTAPSA assistance within the first six months of joining, you may be required to pay back dues. This is required to encourage non-union employees to join before they have an issue, and not only at the time when assistance is required.

COTAPSA Membership

Who Can Join and What You Get

COTAPSA membership is open to non-union and management employees of the City of Toronto. We are the only association representing all City of Toronto non-union employees, and we can only provide HR advice, advocacy and, if required, legal representation to members. That is why we encourage colleagues to join before a problem arises, not after.
